How could I get samples? 


We can supply some free samples ( total value under 5 US dollars) if you have a FedEx, DHL, UPS,TNT account or other courier freight collect account and agree to pay the courier freight(For Courier Company information, please click www.dhl.com or www.fedex.com or www.ups.com, you can contact them to apply a Freight Collect Account) If the total value of samples is more than 20 US dollars, we will ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment. If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company. Please find our address in English in contact us paper. 


How much the courier freight will be for the samples? 


Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and volume of the samples.


Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package ? 


Yes. Logo or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 5000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in PSD, JPG or PDF format. If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 10000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).


How to place an order? 


Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:


* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)


* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price


* Delivery time required * Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )


* Forwarder's contact details ( in China or Hong Kong ) 


What's your usual payment term for orders? 


Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation. We don't accept payment by credit card for small order.


How can the products be sent to us? 


For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier. For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container. The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).


Can you arrange the transportation for us ? 


Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation. SINOMADE have experience forwarder to ship the goods out, they have long term agreement with us, they can offer fast, safe and cheaper shipping , it's our pleasure to arrange it to you be free, no extra commission.


How can we become your sole distributor? 


If you can sell our products USD50,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD100,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.


Do you accept OEM projects? 


Yes, OEM projects are welcome. 


How can we get your monthly new products announcement?

I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?
