Using client's Trademarks and Logos
Logo or design Printed Promotional products published on Sinomadepromogift.com, including photos, graphics, logos, signs,and other content, is copyrighted by our clients who have licensed their content for use on sinomadepromogift.com..
(a) To use any logo a customer MUST have written permission from the registered owner of the logo or trademark, or be an authorized agent or affiliate of the registered owner of the logo.
(b) A customer may NOT use any logo in a manner that may infringe copyright laws.
(c) A customer also may NOT use any logo in a vulgar, illegal, and/or unlawful manner. Sinomade assumes no responsibility for damages or any wrong doing that the purchaser may cause using a logo.
(d) Sinomade shall not be held liable for the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark that is applied to promotional merchandise purchased through Sinomade. Sinomade will also not accept responsibility or liability for the actions of clients who have misrepresented their ownership of licenses or trademarks.
(e)Sinomade will reserve the right to refuse orders from any customer who has violated or otherwise infringed upon the intellectual rights of others
Using Sinomade Trademarks and Logos
When use is allowed under an applicable written agreement with Sinomade, you may refer to
Sinomade products by their associated Sinomade trademarks, so long as such references
(a) are truthful, fair, and not misleading, and
(b) comply with these Guidelines, which may be modified by Sinomade from time to time at Sinomade's sole discretion. Specifically:
1. Use the appropriate trademark symbol and trademark acknowledgment of Sinomade's
ownership of the marks and/or logos in question.
2. Do not incorporate Sinomade trademarks or logos into your own product names, service
names, trademarks, logos, or company names.
3. Do not make unlicensed use of Sinomade's licensed logos. Third party use of Sinomade logos requires a license or written permission from Sinomade.
